About: Let’s Talk Well Being ( IAPT) – Nottingham

(as the patient),

Went to my GP to discuss my mental health who told me to self refer myself to the Lets talk Well being service. I did this and had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to then complete a 30 minute assessment; extremely similar to the ones I previously completed online, to be told there is a 3 month waiting list and I should self refer myself again to another service who offered the same services.

So I've still not received any help or advice and I just feel like I'm being passed between services
