"From start to finish"

Having to wait on the NHS to see a consultant was timely therefore I decided to go to the Chaucer Hospital. I had been treated in the past at another BMI hospital so this persuaded my decision. Well what can I say. From the very first appointment of seeing my consultant right through to the end I've been shown care and compassion. From the receptionists, business side right through to the consultant and the nurses. The service has been impeccable not just to me but also my family members that attended appointments with me. I would not hesitate to come back in the future if I ever needed assistance again. Outstanding!
