"Appointment day"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

I visited the hospital for an appointment for my illness lupus which I have. The health care assistants seem to be so uninterested they seem to never smile to patients. To make it worse my consultant is just so uninterested. I had to wait like an hour after my appointment time, its ridiculous your given a time and time is an hour late what a complete joke, and then when it comes to my appointment they seem to just ask new symptoms and gives medication and like I go, never ask for other things like any adjustments I might need, its a joke. I mean I don't expect them to know how I feel, but honestly this is a joke, and so is the hospital.

They never ask about home life and if we need adjustments its ridiculous. My consultant seems so uninterested and caring at all.
