"Fantastic Care"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

I had a home birth on and had post-natal complications. I was admitted to A&E, transferred to Intensive Care, later to the Labour Ward and finally to the Post-Natal Ward. In total I was in hospital for 15 days.

At every stage in the process I was treated with kindness and concern, and the doctors and nurses couldn't do enough to help. I saw numerous doctors who regularly returned to keep abreast of my progress. There is no doubt in my mind I'm in the process of making a full recovery as a result of their care, and my life would have been very different without it.

My aftercare has also been exemplary. I am very grateful.

Thank you for the positive comments and sharing your experience at Hillingdon despite an obviously difficult time with postnatal complications for yourself. Also pleased to know that your recovery is progressing well. Anjali Kothari, Consultant Obs & Gynae
