The Dr was only 10min late for my appointment and she was massively apologetic and went out of her way to reassure an obvious nervous me about what the procedure entailed. As an NHS worker myself sometimes I think more knowledge can make things more nerve wracking but the Dr recognised this ended up having me in giggles!

With an awesome bedside manner, she completed the procedure with brilliant efficiency and with a soft touch. Her nursing assistant was also super lovely trying to reassure me and distract me throughout.

This place provides an awesome service!

It would be good if there could be more toilets and a water fountain in the waiting room.

You are right, sometimes having more information can make you feel worse! I am glad the giggles saw you through!!!
