"Uncaring, secretive, unwilling to improve"

About: Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust

The fact that the trust replied to the good comment about Netherwood a couple of posts down, and has totally ignored the poor review and complaint by the poster below this speaks volumes. It is exactly how they are. If you complain they never listen or take any action. Patients and service users, and staff whistleblowers who dare to speak out about anything are ignored and seen as troublesome and so nothing improves, ever.
