"shoulder arthroscopy"

I recently underwent a shoulder arthroscopy at Broad Green Hospital and wanted to convey my sincerest thanks and compliments to all the staff involved in my care.

As a paraplegic I was a little anxious about the surgery, even though it was only a day case. However, I needn't have worried as I felt like I was in a well-oiled machine - everything occurred as and when I was told it would and I felt completely secure in the hands of all the staff I came into contact with, from SEAL unit to theatre to Ward1.

Everyone was friendly, efficient, competent and professional. Well done!

In fact the only criticism I have is the length of time it took to get an appointment with the Orthopaedic OPD, but with a service this good I can now see why people wish to be treated here.
