"The NHS at its best!"

Had surgery in the Bev Stokes unit yesterday. The whole experience was excellent. I was warmly welcomed at reception, treated with respect and care by the nursing staff and my surgeon was lovely and took time to work with me to address my needs. I really felt as though the staff cared about what they do. They really are the side of the NHS that doesn't get enough recognition. Thank you to everyone involved with my case. You guys are awesome! ?? Xxx
