"Best at the time"

Most of the staff were compassionate and approachable and did daily activities to distract me from the mundane atmosphere, however some were blunt or ignorant but overall I found my stay to be a benefit to me at the time, I just would have appreciated being kept updated about my progress and decision making.

Thank you for giving us feedback on your care at Sussex Partnership - I am sorry for the delay in responding - we are putting in place a new system to make sure that delays like this do not happen again.

I am glad that your time with us were of some help but was not happy to read your poor experience of some of our staff - I do not know which ward you were staying on but if you woudl like to let me know via this site we can address the problems directly
