I was a bit nervous about having my operation as I am not used to hospitals.however I needn't have worried. All the staff were very considerate and nothing was too much trouble for them. The surgeon explained what they were doing and put me completely at ease, as did the operating team. My private room was excellent as were the very welcome refreshments after the operation. I was given detailed information on aftercare medications, exercises etc both verbally and in writing. If I have to have my other hand operated on I shall certainly want to return to The Foscote Hospital. I can't recommend it highly enough!
