"Excellent service"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Recently attended via GP. Seen reasonable quickly despite being very busy. All staff very efficient and pleasant. Only niggle was the obvious phone argument between a&e staff and the neuro (the dr the GP had wanted me to see but wouldn't accept the referral) as neither of them wanted to see me. Once seen service was faultless. Special thanks to the staff from MRI who accompanied me to and from my scan for being particularly attentive, but all the staff were great. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to be seen, have MRI and be discharged.
