I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear weeaud,

I will be very happy to share this post to thank the team and let them know how much your fantastic care meant to you.

It must have been very traumatic for both you and your son, so I hope you have both recovered from the events now.

Thank you so much taking the time to contact us,

best wishes,

Eunice
