I attended the appointment at 13.45.hrs. the whole process from start to finish went like clockwork. All through the procedure I was kept informed of what was happening by the consultant and the highly professional team who spoke to me in a language that I, could understand. Explanations were clear and concise and throughout I was kept being reassured by all involved. Thank you and your superb staff for making what could be a daunting procedure a pleasure to undertake.
