"Get up to date please"

I visited the medical treatment centre on Saturday 23 rd April 2016 for a biopsy on my left ear , I was told I would get the results in 4 weeks , after six weeks I'm still waiting , the phone number on the hospital web site for the dermatology dept doesn't exist, I phoned the hospital and was put through to a minor surgery ward and was given short shrift by the ward sister . My doctor hasn't received my results either . I'm at a loss as to where my results are.
