"After birth care and breastfeeding support"

I checked into the NFBC after giving birth on labour ward. Being a first time mum I was keen to take advantage of the breastfeeding support provided at the NFBC. The whole experience surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff were wonderful and were more than happy to take the time to help me with the process of latching on. I spent one night on the ward and then transferred to a private room where my partner was also able to stay the night. The relaxed setting and experience allowed us the best possible start to settling into parenthood and ensured we had the confidence to manage once back at home. The NFBC is a fantastic resource and one we should be proud to have in the county. Thanks once again to all the staff for the fantastic experience.
