"Rude receptionist"

My partner sat out side in the disabled bay behind another car while I attended the doctors, the car in front reversed into ours causing the smashed number plate and the old man drove off, the receptionist came out shouting and giving my partner abuse, which it ended with very frayed tempers thanks to the receptionist nothing got done, the rudest person we have ever had dealings with, this isn't the first time we had problems with this person, they refused to give me my tablets before and wouldn't give me an appointment because they said there isn't any, waited 3 weeks and I have severe heart failure , their attitude is very bad, the rest of the staff there are brilliant but this person is the exception, terrible person .
