"Telephone? They dont know the use for it!"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Breaking record, been trying to get in touch with Orthopaedics Clinic for 6 hours! 6 hours and still no success. Ringing every 15 min, talked to switch board over 5 times, been transferred and given direct extensions, but no one answers the phone or they just hang up on you.

Why do you guys have phones if you don't answer them?????????
