"Very bad experience"

I chose to go here for a choose and book gastroscopy. My Dr was very rude. The gastroscopy was unsuccessful as there was still food in my stomach which the doctor basically accused me of eating when I had followed their fasting advice and did not consider that delayed gastric emptying could be part of my condition. I felt under a lot of pressure to have to procedure without sedation and they seemed very inconvenienced when I wanted sedation. They did not wait for it to work and I left feeling very upset and unhappy. I was not allowed to have my partner wait with me which was unnecessary. I needed to re attend for another but I simply cannot bring myself to do it. I wish I had chosen somewhere else.
