Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and efficient.
I was treated as a real person and not just a number.
I felt very confident in the consultants hands and every step of the procedure was explained as it went along.
Altogether a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting!
I'm actually looking forward to having the second eye done!
