"As always excellent staff and care"

I had a colonoscopy and gastrostomy. I was very apprehensive about having these procedures done having made the mistake of listening to everyone's horror stories and researching the internet.

From walking in the door to walking out everybody was reassuring and made me feel at ease. The Receptionist let me in early as I arrived very early, they hadn't even taken their coat off!!!!! I was booked in and within minutes the Nurse took me in to explain what was going to happen and answered all the questions I had honestly.

Then it was down to get changed and have the procedures which were painless. Again, everyone showed genuine empathy and care. No sooner was I in then I was taken to the recovery room. After 15 minutes I was given a cup of tea and sarnie and given my results and they even phoned my Wife to come and pick me up.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and attention I received.
