"Excellent Care"

I would like to thank the medical staff for the care I was given, during my recent visit to the A&E department of the hospital.

I came to the department at around 11:00hrs on 20/05/2016, as a very worried foot patient, who was suffering from a pain in my upper back, which was affecting my breathing. After a thorough examination, including tests, I was given the all clear by the medical staff and allowed to go home at around 18:30.

I'd also like to thank the catering staff for the lovely evening meal of cheese and onion quiche and baked beans that I was given while I was waiting for the results of my tests.
