"Blood testing, busy but really efficient"

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

Came here for the first time for blood test. Arrived at 0825 but at least 45 people in front of me in the queuing system so expected a very long wait. Pleasantly surprised how quickly the queue went down and how efficient and professional the whole system is.

I was told to expect a call later in the day with my new dosage, which I got so I really can't fault the service. Hospital itself is bright and clean and everyone I dealt with was very helpful.
