Maxilofacial Reception

I have to communicate with this department twice a week by telephone and it is almost impossible to get a reply on the phone, most of the time it takes 30-45 minutes to get a reply sometimes no reply at all.

When you do speak to the reception it is as though it is to much trouble to find out the information you require and you have persuade them to get what I require.
