What I liked

The one trainee nurse who actually took a little time to speak to me and treat me as if I mattered, was an absolute gem and a complete profesional. Put the majority of staff to shame.

What could be improved

Interdepartmental communication, empathy and respect for the patient are not so much lacking, as utterly absent. Staff were disinterested with basic forms of patient welfare.
