What I liked

I was constantly informed about what was going on and why there was a slight delay in my appointment time. the proceedure was caringly and efficiently carried out and when I had a post treatment reaction the care and kindness of the nursing staff was exceptional.

What could be improved


Anything else?

The efficiency and caring nature of the staff in the Queens day unit was really great I would recommend this department to anyone receiving treatment here
