We had to take our 6 year old to a&e whilst on holiday in Cornwall. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. We were triaged by a lovely nurse who couldn't do enough for our son. The nurse even let him pick a DVD to watch. Both Drs we saw in a&e were brilliant,made our son so relaxed and were really thorough. We were put up on the children's assessment ward and again they were so friendly and helpful
