"Taking my fear away"

I attended the breast clinic after finding a lump . I was given an appointment within a few days. I was seen by a sympathetic consultant who understood my fear. The staff from receptionist to radiography were wonderful. Their calm and understanding manner helped me face the treatment I need. I was consulted and given the facts in a very positive way. The clinic was spotless everyone I spoke to was impressed with the dignity and respect we were shown. I can face the treatment knowing that I am in good caring hands,in a clean and friendly environment. Thank you all.
