About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I wrote a message on this site about the treatment of an elderly patient at gynaecology.

I received an email on Monday 16th May asking me to phone a certain person for more feedback about what happened.

I phoned the number given only to be told by the secretary that they don't think the doctor is in on the Monday or the Tuesday.

They took my phone number and said the doctor would ring me back.

Today is now Wednesday May 25th...

Still no call.

Is this how negative comments are dealt with.

No wonder Whipps Cross hospital has such a bad name..
