Having visited the department on several occasions for treatment of both my wife and myself f have nothing but praise for all staff from consultant through nurses to reception.

The welcome received from everyone each time we have attended, the care and consideration extended throughout our visits has not been matched wherever we have been treated.

To be recognised and welcomed with a hug and a cuddle from our nurse was a lovely surprise. They even recalled that my wife was Italian and greeted her in her own language, also recalling that they had returned my watch which I had left in the treatment room during our last visit. Not the sort of reception normally accorded on the NHS. This nurse knows who they are, and we wish to thank them most sincerely for their kindness and consideration. The cleanliness of the hospital says much for the dedication of the staff and management. To sum up the whole experience of being treated at the NHS centre was an absolute delight and we have no hesitation in recommending to others
