"Faultless care for day surgery"

I had a day surgery appointment to remove a granuloma from my finger. I chose to attend Thornbury hospital as it was an option through NHS choices.

I was really annoyed and disappointed with the new choose and book system, I thought this was more hassle than a convenience, the referral took ages to get into the system and I spoke to numerous people before actually being able to make an appointment, although this may be due to my GP practice (Southall Medical Centre) not initiating my referral in a timely manner.

When I finally made it to Thornbury I could not have asked for better service from everyone who I encountered, the receptionist, nurse, consultant, radiographer, all were exceptional.

The care Thronbury provide and the mentality of the staff there is absolutely faultless, given the choice again I would choose Thornbury over every other organisation.
