I went for a day procedure 23 May 2016, which required general anesthetic. From the moment I arrive to when I leave I was treated very well.

From consultation with Dr and team, anesthetic and theatre team, and the lovely nursing staff in ward14.

I also notice the kindness and care given to other patients especially to an elderly patient by day staff nurse.

Thank you for making my stay very comfortable as I was very nervous.

I am so pleased to read that you were treated very well throughout and made to feel comfortable which helped alleviate your nervousness, and also that you observed great examples of care and kindness by nursing staff dealing with other elderly patients.
