I was directed by a voluntary organisation to contact queens hospital about voluntary vacancies at the hospital but it was hell! I spent up to 20 minutes on phone which was a 0847 number, I end the call without getting through to anyone and end up paying alot for the bill!
Isn't the anyone responsible for incoming calls... i mean, what about in an emergency?
