"Great Hospital/staff. Very rude person at..."

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Royal Preston is a brilliant hospital and usually has polite staff. On my last 2 visits I have had the misfortune of being dealt with by one of the rudest receptionist ever met. On other visits there has never been a problem but this person is letting the side down badly. I accompanied someone on two visits. First visit - waited in line, our turn came and as we approached this person we were told in a loud voice "I'm busy you'll have to wait" as they walked away from the counter. We were shocked at their attitude and went to another person who was considerate and pleasant.

The following week after our appointment we were told to just check at reception for future appointments. Alas we got the abrupt person from the week before who told us in a very loud voice "Go to the other reception"

Customer care seems not to be one of their priorities or considerations. We will avoid them on further visits.
