"Brilliant care from children's assessment unit"

My 4 year old daughter had a really bad fracture, of elbow, and we took her to the children's assessment unit at the geh, the care, was brilliant we were seen promptly xrayed given analgesia and then needed rapid transfer to uhcw where she needed to be for her operation. I just want to say that all the staff were brilliant especially 2 health care support workers who put my severely distressed daughter at ease, and we're very caring and professional. As I work in the nhs I know there are demands etc, but praise is needed where praise due. Brilliant care.
