"Appointment date wrong for paediatricians"

About: Manor Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

 I made a phone call to Walsall Manor to clarify I had the right date and time for my childs appointment it was confirmed for the same day. When I got there I was told that I had the wrong day but the right time even though I phoned 2 hours before the time I was due in and out is not the 1st time I have experienced this kind of mix up
