"Change website of opening hours for telephone..."

Simply, I rang to get advice at 5 pm (17:00) about returning equipment provided following a knee replacement performed at the Whittington hospital. I rang because the opening times on Fridays were given as 8:00 to 20:00. This may be true for clinic visits but not true about telephone calls. It would be simple to rectify this on your website giving true telephone access times.
