My father is a heart patient for almost 3 decades now. Every time he has severe chest pains, worthy of hospital care, he just doesn't want to go. He's been ill treated by the night nurses, when he needed help he was ignored and attended to hours later to have grumpy nurses that show no empathy or care for his distress.
Doctors have always been late in seeing him. If he has the misfortune of being admitted on a Friday he has no doctored communicate anything over the weekend.
The information they give have never been definitive, in fact in the course of one visit, he gets seen multiple doctors who give inconsistent information.
People should only go to Newham General to see how a hospital should not be run.
