"So kind and helpful"

I slipped and injured my knee whilst walking about Glen Ridding in the Lake District. I was taken to A&E at Penrith by friends. The receptionists were great. I was seen very quickly by a nurse and doctor, x-rayed by 2 radiographers who were so friendly and efficient. The doctor explained that he had sent the x-rays through to Carlisle for the consultant to have a look at and it was felt that I should go there to see him. The nurse bandaged my knee (which was most painful) with great care and skill and we were on our way to Carlisle. I would just like to thank everyone I came into contact with each one of them was so kind and helpful at the time when I was feeling a lot of pain. Thank you.
