"I had to park at B&Q"

I went to Penrith Hospital for an orthopaedic appointment as I was having problems with my knee. The best bit was the appointment time was met and the consultant/diagnosis was efficient. The worst bit was that there was nowhere to park. I was nearly late as I became boxed in by others also trying to park. Eventually I parked at B&Q (not far away but not fair on B&Q). The things that should change are more parking spaces needed, and clearer more consistent booking arrangements (there was some duplication letters and a lack of clarity about the purpose of this appoitnment as opposed to other appointments I have had recentl).
