"Phlebotomist didnt show"

About: Andover War Memorial Hospital

Turned up for a rebooked Saturday appt. only to find out that the phlebotomist hadn't bothered to turn up. Quite a few patients also were unable to get their appt. What's the point of pre-booking if staff can't be bothered. what a waste of time and money as we paid for the car park and had travelled from Basingstoke. Sort out your service or cancel it rather than waste peoples time !

Thank you for your feedback regarding our phlebotomy service. I am very sorry that you were unable to have your blood test on your recent visit.

I have asked the service manager to identify what went wrong so that we can avoid causing problems for patients in the future.
