"Out Patient Visit on 18.05.16"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I escorted my 87 year old Mother to the Vascular Clinic at this hospital today. Everything was efficient from start to finish. My Mother was treated with the greatest respect and dignity atcall times. We saw various members of staff who were all very polite and friendly. All the information regarding my Mum's condition was explained in great detail and we were given the opportunity to ask questions. The appointment was not rushed and we felt that the staff were happy to spend the required amount of time with us even though the Clinic was extremely busy.

This is a prime example of the NHS working at it's very best and has restored our faith in it as we have not received such a good service in other areas of the NHS.

Well done and a big thank you to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and keep up the good work.
