"Excellent Service."

I visited Yate MIU on Staurday morning following an accident that had badly cut my lip the previous evening.

I was greeted at the front desk by a courteous member of staff who took my details and asked me to take a seat in the waiting room.

Within 15 minutes I had been seen by another member of staff who took the details of my accident and explained that a nurse would be with me soon.

I went back to the waiting room.

Around another 15 minutes later I was seen by the matron who was extremely pleasant.

They stitched me up and prescribed me some antibiotics which I could easily get from the Boots pharmacy in site.

Within an hour and a half I was back home in Downend.
