Amazed at the total lack of care for sick people. Arrived with my Mother who had recently had a knee replacement and was due spinal epidural. The lift to day care opens at 6.45 the waiting area opens at 7. My mother had no where to sit but stood cattle market style, there is absolutely no consideration for the disabled. When we finally got through my mum was in agony as she could not take pain killers. The hospital could not even provide an ice pack as that was an A and E issue. Not at all helpful. Considering this is a place for the sick, I am very unimpressed.
