"appointment"

Went there in December 2015 for unwanted pregnancy. Waited ages! Reception staff were rude and inconsiderate. It was my first pregnancy so I was overwhelmed with all sorts of emotions and not knowing what to expect. Felt very scared. Was told to fill out a form regarding medical history, was not explained anything and was not reassured by staff. When I finally got called in it was very daunting and upsetting. The nurse and doctor who saw and examined me just got on with it like they didn't care and wanted to just get there shift done! Briefly explained to me what would happen and handed me a load of paper work titled, what to expect like they were too lazy to explain themselves. Horrible experience. Never wanna go through that again but thankful for the experience and lessons learnt!
