Dear Sirs,
I must say this new hospital looks big but inside don't feel that they are more organised. Due to not having enough threatre they keep changing surgeries dates. Consultant comes with silly excuses ( improper communications between the neurosurgeon).
Feedbacks are not being handled confidentially because I have raised few concerns which never delt with confidentially. I believe you should go to different hospital because they don't have enough theatres and your case may not be looked after properly. Even the car assistants in the wards are not very helpful because they prefer not to work during night time. If patients buzz the assurance button that is never answered quickly.
"Not a great experience"
