No experience of our children having any operation so our youngest at 6 being a day patient and requiring minor surgery was daunting. It was organised and run with military precision. Staff were friendly, caring, prompt and professional. Plenty for our daughter to play with whilst waiting. All staff introduced themselves to both us and our daughter (first names) and all took time to explain things and asked us all if we had any questions. Fantastic at distracting our daughter when putting in the canula and reassuring us all. Very comforting and caring and nothing too much trouble. Kept us informed of everything at all times. Couldn't fault them at all. Thank you so much
