My mum is sadly been in 7 hospitals int he past year, this palce is simply not fit for purpose - there is no mangament, organisation, planning, communication - and simple thngs like daily washing are regularly forgotten, and iof you try to talk to staff they invariably say they're busy and disappear - whatever alternative is available, go there
