About: University Hospital Wishaw / Cardiology (Ward 4)

(as the patient),

I was fortunate to be taken early for ultrasound screening. My appointment was for 3. 30 one day in mid May 2016. The lady who met me was was superb and set my mind at rest. It is such a pity that I cannot remember her name.

After some preliminary discussion I was introduced to the staff member who performed the screening and again reduced my anxiety regarding the process.

The staff were absolutely excellent, professional and allayed all my anxieties.

A credit to the Trust.
