About: University Hospital (Coventry)

I went in to A&E with suspected broken foot, I was in and out in under an hour!

All the staff I dealt with, including a medical student, were professional, respectful, but also friendly.

Smiles from all support staff, nurses and doctors as I hobbled about.

I appreciate the huge amounts of hard work that go in to their jobs, so to keep smiling is a major bonus.

Thank you for everything you all do, superstars.
