I wouldn't recommend going to the day unit in this hospital.
They pursade you to decide 30 minutes before a procedure on another extra one which wasn't discussed in clinic - months before hand.
If it wasn't for Patient Experience and The people who deal with complaints I wouldn't have been happy to leave it unsaid.
Because of my complaint I've improved it all for everyone else.
I suffered that day also because I wasn't given the right length of time to let the sedation worked and because of that I will always fear sedation now.
